The Farmers

ERIC is a skilled “Jack of all trades”- a necessary
trait for success in farming.
Building and restoring older style
structures is his forte.
Equipment maintenance, repairs and
fabrication of “things” also comes naturally.
Currently, Eric makes the cheese and
runs the saw mill & production of the hay crop.

ANN is a multigenerational farmer, growing up on a
dairy cow farm in central Pennsylvania.
Animal husbandry and milking are second nature.
Currently, Ann is working on improvements to the
pasture/browse areas and nutrition of the goats.
The goal is to continue building the flavor, nutritional
value and cheese yield components of the milk.

The sweet golden retriever
who keeps an eye
on every one and thing.
well.. most of the time!
