STORAGE TIPS
- Sealed cheeses have a 2 month “use by” date. Once opened, use within 2-3 weeks.
- If you have leftover cheese – wrap portion in waxed paper and store in food container – keep refrigerated.
- Tub cheeses are best if used within 2-3 weeks.
- ALL of our goat cheese can be frozen. Freeze “as is” or cut into portions, rewrap and freeze. Place portions in a freezer bag or container. Thaw in refrigerator.
